Steps to get Certified:

1. Complete application below

2. Email a copy to us at align9.tn@gmail.com

3. Complete 40 educational hours on the science of addiction & CPRS ethics as well as required homework and readings

4. Log back into your application account here and complete part 2 of the application

5. Provide 75 hours of supervised Peer Recovery services and provide 3 professional references to align9.tn@gmail.com
